The research instrument was a researcher-made 22-item questionnaire with five-item on the Likert scale. Its content validity was confirmed by the experts and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α=.88). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis and SPSS software. The results show that among the factors on human trafficking in the country's western borders are the profits from human trafficking and geographical position as a bridge connecting Asia to Europe. Investment, creating job opportunities and strengthening border units can be effective in reducing this criminal phenomenon.
